  1. Thank you for posting the BFSU chart! Like you, we've had the book for awhile. We did one lesson and it was so exciting. You and I also seem to have the same ideas as to teaching the basics with a concerted curriculum and letting the rest of the world, e.g., natural, home, literary, be the rest. So, I can say that, if nothing else, I'm looking forward to reading your journey (:

  2. I love using BFSU, thanks for the chart. I'm insanely jealous of your location. I would love to give my children the opportunity to grow up in the woods. Looking forward to reading you blog!

  3. Thank you so much for the flowchart! One quick question- you note that to do B-3 you need to complete C-1 (along with other units) however to do C-1 you need to complete B-3! Is there a mistake here?

  7. Am I missing something? I see the book list for Volume 2 but not the supply list!

  8. HI - I'm a few years late to the party (this appears to be a 2011 post) but I'm using BFSU 2 now and noticed the book list is missing quite a few books per chapter. Was the list reduced to show only the books that you found value in? Or are the books specific to the activity in the same line?
